For a seller account verification takes 2 to 24 hours it depends on the document seller have submitted! if the id/cnic is not readable or the data and id/cnic are not same it can take more then 24 hours

yes you can cancel the order from your profile *Do it on the same day before seller change the status to packing or out for delivery!
